

Mold Testing

Mold testing is not just about inspecting your property for mold growth. It is also important to determine how widespread the problem is, where exactly the mold is growing, and what type of mold is growing.

At A1A Mold Masters, we have mold experts who will examine suspected areas and send the samples for testing in an accredited lab. The lab will check the sample and determine the type of mold present in your property.



Assessment , Protocol, and PRV

We prepare a mold assessment report; and if the tests are positive for mold, we’ll prepare the protocol report indicating the positive areas that need to be fixed. This report will be used by the remediation company to remove the mold from the affected areas.

Once the mold removal process is completed, it is time for the Post Remediation Verification (PRV). We go back to your home and re-test the areas to make sure they are free of mold and provide you with a clearance report that will confirm your home is free of mold.


